Explore Ontario Festivals by Region
From Caribana in Toronto to Winterlude in Ottawa, wine country in Niagara and powwows on Manitoulin — Ontario runs festivals in every season and every corner. We’ve split the province into eight regions to help you find what’s on near you.
Ontario, region by region
Ontario is enormous, and its festival scene is just as varied — a summer street carnival in Toronto feels worlds away from a Celtic weekend on Lake Huron, a butter tart festival in cottage country or a powwow in the North. To make it all easier to navigate, we’ve divided the province into eight festival regions, each with its own guide, signature events and seasonal rhythm.
Pick a region below to see what’s on and where, or jump straight to our Festivals Near Me tool to find events based on where you are. Whatever the season, there’s almost always something happening somewhere in Ontario.
